  I called the Grass Patch on March 20 and spoke with Scott. He ask me to go online and fill out the contact information page and sales person would contact me. I complied with his request. Then I waited. No response. So I called again on March 27 and spoke with the person who answered the phone. I think her name was Bonnie. She assured me that a sales person would be in touch next week. So I waited, and of course I did not receive a call, text or email. So I called back on April 3. She put me in touch with a sales person named Bill Jones (Great American name if you are hiding from the authorities). Bill made and appointment to meet me April 7 @ 10:00 am. Which he was 15 minutes late for. He did show up. We spoke about what I wanted and he ask me for a copy of my survey. Which I emailed to him. I have texted him twice to verify he received the emails, and I have not received a response. Exactly how long does is take to give an estimate for a very simple irrigation system and several pallets of grass. A simple response saying that he was still working on the estimate would have sufficed. My impression of this company is that they do not care or don't need the business.

  "I recently purchased Raleigh St. Augustine sod and received outstanding service from start to finish. Scott in the office was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional—he answered all my questions thoroughly and made the selection process easy. Fernando was equally helpful when loading the sod into my truck, going above and beyond to ensure everything was secure and handled with care. Thanks to their excellent teamwork, the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing quality sod!"

  Scott has been truly helpful and responsive with our sod purchase. First of all, he sourced Buffalo Grass sod for us, which is not easy to do. In addition, we had only 1 day in between the arrival/spreading of multiple semi-truck loads of topsoil, and then 4 straight days of forcasted thunderstorms, and he got the truckload to us in that tight window of time. He also gave us helpful growing information, and answered all our questions. Though we had some problems with the actual sod, Scott did his best to come up with a solution. He did it with class, and he maintained the end goal of customer satisfaction with Grass Patch (though I hope for their sakes they can eventually find a different Buffalo Grass sod farm to source from). We highly recommend this company, and especially Scott!
