- CPChristopher PickellMar 29, 20261.0More than half my business (community garden) goes to other places as no one picks up the phone here and when they do, they often cite inaccurate information about stocked items, and when you're in the store, 9 out of 10 times, you can't find an employee to assist in locating items or general knowledge. If you do see someone, you have flag them down like you're a peacock or else they'll walk right passed you chatting up their coworkers.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
