It is nice clean inside units that are climate controlled and the staff is very nice and friendly. I recently had an increase to my unit and I called them to confirm that was accurate because it was kind of on the high side. They sat and took the time with me to discuss why I had moved to them in the first place and how they had said they wouldn’t be like other companies raising their price. So after looking into everything, they were able to adjust the price to affair amount that was agreed-upon and realistic. It was not a difficult or stressful situation. They made it very easy to handle and I appreciate that. All in all this is a great storage facility and one I would recommend. Thank you for everything you’ve done. I look forward to continuing to do business with y’all.

I called her and told her I was waiting in the parking lot and she cut her lunch break short in order to help me. I really Appreciate her doing that. She was helpful on showing me several units and instructed me on entering and exiting the premises. My experience was very smooth and I highly recommend them.
