Tried to make a report about one of their delivery drivers hitting a curb and texting and driving but when I called the store I was transferred multiple times just for the associate to tell me that the manager isn’t answering. Terrible management.

Absolutely terrible customer service at the returns desk.
I returned a product that I purchased at Lowe’s with cash, but because I no longer had the receipt, the return associate refused to issue even a store credit. No effort to help, no explanation beyond repeating policy like a robot, and zero customer care.
The attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and made it very clear that helping customers was not a priority. I wasn’t asking for cash back — just store credit — and still got treated like my business didn’t matter at all.
This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had at Lowe’s.
I am requesting that a store manager contact me directly to resolve this issue. If no one reaches out, I will escalate this to upper management and corporate.
Extremely disappointed.

I am a contractor and a pro at Lowe’s spent a good amount here they wouldn’t return a defective nail gun I purchased from them less than 2 weeks buy at Home Depot skip this store they got rid of flex which was pretty good stuff all they got left is trash and Dewalt which you can buy Dewalt at Home Depot just go there . You lost a pro for a 99 nail gun what a joke have you become
