I want to start off by saying, I am very disappointed in Lowe's management/corporate for not having more than just a few employees trained for particular areas (such as mixing paint), they can absolutely afford it and not have to rely on one employee to carry the burden.
With that said, I had an experience with a wonderful woman today that was overwhelmed and working exceptionally hard when an employee did not show up to run the paint department. Resulting in a heavy load that clearly no one else was able to aid with because they simply did not know how, so they just stood back and watched her struggling with the load. It was also clear that the Paint Department was not her only skill and had other work she was needing to do, and had simply been filling in and adding it to her tasks.
So to Lowes, shame on you for improperly training additional resources to run this department.
To Jerry, thank you for your assistance and working through the heavy work load. I again apologize for my initial frustration with the wait. You did a great job, thank you very much.

Unfortunately, this Lowe’s does not care about customer service or retention. Wanted to EXCHANGE product but couldn’t look up my purchase information and refused exchange for DEFECTIVE product. I’ve spend THOUSANDS of dollars at Lowe’s over years and now they lost my business forever over a $20 toolbox. You can’t make this stuff up…

Bought a refrigerator, paid for delivery and installation. Removed old refrigerator from motorhome myself. Was assured by Darren there would be no issue with installation of new unit ($1600+ cost). Delivery guts dropped new refrigerator outside front door and took old unit and left. What installation??????? I had to do it myself after paying for it. Lowe's sucks.
