I purchased a generator and a power pack and was very frustrated that I couldn’t find cables to power pack and returned to the store angry. They were very patient and kind, even when it turned out I was dumb and the cables were in a hidden compartment on the unit. Andrea and Luke and two of the store managers helped me and were so calm and wonderful, even as I was a frustrated-and incorrect -customer. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness during a rough time when I was not as thoughtful as I should have been. They are wonderful folks.
