I called the office and explained the situation to the girl in the office and she hooked me up immediately. She emailed me the form to cut the lock off, and I signed it online and she came to the unit and cut the lock off and gave me a new lock. Now that’s 5 star service. I would have been in a serious dilemma if I had to go home and try to find the key that fit that lock. Impossible.
