Just moved into our new home, and I have cone to Lowe’s a few times for tools and other home goods. This particular location had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been driving to other locations for this reason. I just went in for some wood I need cut, and a gentlemen in glasses at the pro service desk told me to go get it and bring it to them and “they’ll cut it when they have time”. I told him I had a few questions about what I needed and he said “it’s going to be a long wait, the guys are on fork lifts and I’m busy”. I get that yall are busy, but if you’re in a customer service and sales position part of your job IS ASSISTING CUSTOMERS. And I say this as someone who has managed stores before. I will not be coming back. I thanked him and told him I’d be going to Home Depot instead. My dad has stage 4 cancer and I needed these slats cut for their bed. I’m sorry for asking you to put customers first, sir.

It's time to reclaim the gardens from the winter, and Lowe's is always our 1st stop. As usual, the service was excellent, but we were a little disappointed in the selection on flowers for smaller containers. Great deals on mulch and garden soil.

I recently ordered bricks for a project, but unfortunately, I ordered the incorrect size. The flatbed driver, Alex, was incredibly professional and understanding of the situation. He immediately contacted the store and connected me with Dakira, who helped resolve the entire issue and ensured the correct items were reordered without any hassle.
I have had mixed experiences with other locations in the past, but the team at this store clearly has their logistics together. I highly recommend this location for their excellent communication and customer service.

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
