This place is wild. A manager at the store jalisa was arrested from this store after she hit an employee and then tried to get the employee arrested. Crazy part is they are going to keep her employed here. Ill never spend another dollar at this company if this is how they handle situations like this. Just wild

Extremely disappointing experience at the Lowe’s in League City. A truck toolbox purchased as a Christmas gift failed in less than three months when the lock fell out. After confirming I was within the exchange window, I removed the toolbox from my truck (unloading tools and unbolting it) and brought it in expecting a simple swap. Instead, I was told to locate the replacement myself. While pushing a large toolbox through the store, I was also assisting my 80-year-old father who walks with a cane. Multiple associates were present, yet no one took ownership or offered meaningful help. When the replacement was finally found, staff declined to bring it to the front, citing department boundaries, and I ultimately loaded it back into my truck alone. The defective product was inconvenient, but the lack of customer ownership and basic service was unacceptable. No customer — especially one helping an elderly parent — should be expected to navigate an exchange and heavy lifting process without support. Very disappointing experience from a store I’ve done significant business with.

Used to be a big fan of Lowe's but this store and on today's visit ( 2-4-26) @ 1pm'ish, I'm done! Went to buy a shower head replacement and required assistance from an employee in the plumbing dept. After waiting a more than reasonable amount time for an employee to show, I was apparently on my own. Went to customer service and was greeted by an unfriendly female employee. Asked if there was someone in plumbing that could help me and she advised they went home for the day. I then asked to speak to either a manager or assistant manager and I was informed they were at lunch. Oh well, this is what I expect nowadays. I remember a time when Lowe's would bend over backwards to help. Those days are gone and so is my business. And I'm sure the manager can validate my story by simply reviewing the store footage. Will be interesting to see what ,if any, response/excuse I receive.

I honestly left this store feeling shaken and incredibly uncomfortable. I was just trying to shop, but instead, I was forced to witness the Store Manager, Patrice, absolutely verbally unload on a young employee. It was heartbreaking to hear her call this kid an 'arrogant dumbass' right in front of everyone just for a minor mistake. As a customer, I shouldn't have to feel the secondhand embarrassment and 'walking on eggshells' energy that Patrice brings to the floor. It’s deeply upsetting to see a 'leader' act like a dictator and use her tenure as an excuse to talk down to people. This wasn't the first time I've had my shopping experience ruined by her negativity, but it was certainly the most toxic. I don’t care how long you’ve worked for a company—nobody deserves to be spoken to that way, and I certainly don't want to spend my money in a place that allows this kind of bullying. I truly feel for the staff who have to deal with this 'manager' every day.
