  Una tienda con extremadamente amplio catálogo para cualquier tipo de manualidades y más. El personal es muy amable y los baños están súper limpios.

  Love this place. My daughter loves the beads. I love the yarn. Just wish they had more selections of yarn and safety eyes.

  Hobby Lobby is great. They have the best selection, prices are good, there are always sales. The employees are always really nice, however, I did have a bad experience during my last visit yesterday. I was returning 4 items with the receipt I had purchased the day before. My daughter is in the process of making her Senior Jeans so over two shopping trips over two days I spent a total of over $237. My issue is that the women working in the fabric department spoke only Spanish so they weren't able to help me beyond just cutting my fabric. I couldn't ask questions about particular items or products I was looking for to complete our project. So when I was returning, again with the receipt, the employee who was helping me, I wish I had gotten her name, was incredibly rude and what I considered to be intentionally trying to embarrass me by repeating herself and speaking very loudly. She picked up the items and immediately said in a way louder voice than her original tone, "This is used so no." The way she was handling the products was odd, she was making sounds. I was shocked and began to get embarrassed. She then said three of the four items were used. I corrected her saying, "They are not used. They were opened yes, but they were not used." Another employee remarked in Spanish that I opened the product realized it was the wrong product and reclosed it, I agreed. I said that's exactly what happened. Nothing I brought back was used. A person I am assuming was the manager appeared and the employee helping me said, "She's trying to return these and they're used." Shouldn't employees be somewhat familiar with the products they're selling? I said again, they are not used they were only opened, I realized they were the wrong product and I reclosed them. The manager approved the return. The employee said thank you but I walked away embarrassed. I still shopped and spent another $70 dollars that day. I don't know if they have issues with people returning used items. Nothing I bought was seasonal. I'm not a chronic returner or anything. I really don't understand why I was treated this way. I spent hundreds of dollars and only wanted a return for about $7. I'm always not trying to scam anyone. Also, if employees were bilingual I would have been able to make wiser purchases in the first place.
