Honestly, there might as well be nobody working here because you won’t find anyone to help you - EVER. Tony from plumbing is the *only* employee in my years of shopping at this store who has come up to ask if I need help. If you purchase heavy material that requires a forklift to load onto your vehicle, be prepared to wait AT LEAST an hour for one of the slow-moving robots to come help you. I could probably get my forklift license before one of these become useful. If they’re not walking around like zombies, they’re probably in the break room with the manager. Just the absolute worst.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
