Each time I’ve gone in, it’s been difficult to find assistance, and I’ve had to rely on the app to locate items. On Sunday 11/02/25, the app no longer displayed the aisle information for products. I was trying to find an item for the restroom and, after walking around for quite some time, I approached an employee for help. The employee responded by asking, “Isn’t Marco there?” which left me confused, as I’m not familiar with the staff. I even had the item pulled up on the app and simply needed to know where to find it. The employee then walked away and told us to look for Marco, but we were unable to locate anyone else to assist us. We eventually left without the item and decided to order it on Amazon. I wanted to bring this to the stores attention so management is aware of the ongoing issue with customer assistance. If needed, you can review the store cameras to confirm the interaction. On a separate day, 2 weeks ago, we were looking for a blower and noticed they were under lock. We were unsuccessful in locating an employee, so we went under the shelf and pulled the box under. (Dangerous I know, but we just needed the item so we could leave, also Please check cameras.) Not sure if it’s under staffed or where are the employees at??

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
