  Have rented a unit from this facility for over 5 years now and absolutely love the manager John and his wife; who live on-site. Very friendly, always kind and cheerful, and willing to assist when you need anything. We've always been able to gain entrance into the facility early of a morning, through late evening; with a combination of access code/locks; pretty safe and well lit. Our units are in their climate controlled buildings that are always clean and well lit (even the inside of each individual unit has an overhead light within it; most helpful). Couldn't be happier with the facility.

  The management of Store It All Self Storage - Lakeway has been extremely helpful as we have stored with them since 2019. Couldn't recommend them more.

He took the time to explain all my options, made the process easy and stress-free, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the right storage solution for my needs. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days—John goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for great service and someone you can trust, ask for John. Highly recommend!
