Still doesn’t work. Now it’s going to be 12/5/25 before they will send someone out again. I called Lowe’s. Was put on hold 3 times for up to 15 minutes at one point. I spoke to 2 managers. They said Whirlpool had to come out at least 3 times before they would replace it. My mother in law may never be able to wash again before they do anything. She may be DEAD by then. This is WRONG. She didn’t buy it from Whirlpool. She bought it from Lowe’s. Shame on them!!!!!!!
