- MOMartha OwenJun 19, 20251.0I made Two payments towards a Refrigerator I purchased. I am trying to do the same as cash...I noticed my same as cash price is NOT going down!? So I look on the payment history and noticed I'm paying for a service I NEVER signed up for?! I call to get it removed..but my same as cash price is still the full amount it was when I started?? Now wouldn't you think HONEST people would Apply the money that I already paid in to a protection plan that I did NOT sign up for...honest people would apply that to same as cash So those two payments I made NONE of it went towards the same as cash price! I only have till August 9. How is someone supposed to pay off same as cash..if they have to pay taxes on the item EACH time they pay...and the Lease amount each month!?! And renewal fees? Then they add in protection plan that's not ANYWHERE in the lease agreement! My total same as cash is $1,549.99 I paid $451.94 NONE! NOT A PENNY WENT TOWARDS THE SAME AS CASH!!!?!?!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
