  The cashier didn't bother me until I had questions about some things I needed. She was very helpful and answered all my questions and I left with the correct items.

  I’m done. Between parts, chemicals, cleaners I’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars here. I walk in 10 minutes till closing with a sample bottle and she says “oh, sorry, oh machine is down”. Strike 1. So I showed her the manifold vent I need to replace. “Oh, sorry, we don’t stock those anymore”. Strike 2. Do I decide to buy a new manifold, that doesn’t require a vent, for $150 I asked for a large bucket of shock, $350, and a bottle of clarifier for $45. The she tells me “uh, oh, the card machines are down. I shut this one down already but I’ll try to bring it up” “do you take checks?” “No, sorry” Strike 3. $550, and can’t make a purchase. PHK LESLIE’S Amazon never closes.

  Every time I go to the store, the guys in here are very welcoming. They explained all of my questions, as a first pool owner I didnt know where to start. My pool was green and now its sparkling clear water. I stop in here pretty regularly and I have always gotten great customer service. Also, they help to carry some heavy items I purchased to my car. I wont be going anywhere else.

  Unknowledgeable individuals who work there I’ve been three times for various pool parts. Not one person knows the items or what there called. I was told that the fitting I have is old and outdated so I said ok what’s the replacement item that took over so that I can get my pool back up. Response was I don’t know. Wow what a shock luckily I went to hardware store where I found the item I was searching for. But if your looking for pool floats you can definitely find it there. Probably cheaper on amazon or poolzoom though.
