    They WiFi never works and it's cell dead spot. No apps work... including their own. The employee just joke about when trying to check out w the app.

    If you are looking to purchase any type of Blinds, please avoid this location. After talking to 3 different workers and waiting 20 minutes I eventually just walked out. I understand I’m not the only one shopping, but when I see 4 employers in a group just hanging out, then I get frustrated. This just reflects how bad management is. I went December 29th at 0955. Never again

    On November 29th, I went to the Lowe's Kyle store to purchase a large Craftsman tool cabinet as a Christmas gift for my husband. I intentionally went that early to make sure my husband got it for Christmas. The sales representative educated me on how heavy the item is, and I ultimately agreed that it would be best to get it delivered. Lowe's offered delivery dates on Wednesdays only through a third party delivery service for a cost. I agreed and chose December 18th to leave some wiggle room before Christmas. I stayed home from work the entire day, and the item was delivered around 4:30pm. All seemed great until I realized one of the keys for the cabinet was bent like a half moon. The delivery guy took the key, inserted it into the lock, and bent it back straight again, saying that it was good as new. However, the key wasn't bent correctly, the metal became soft, and it wouldn't work even though it now looked normal. Then I noticed a "small" scratch on the back of the cabinet. As a sales associate in the appliance section at Lowe's once said, inspect the item delivered thoroughly, because it takes an act of God to get it returned once it's accepted. With that in mind, I declined the item and had it put back on the truck to return to Lowe's. The delivery guy told me to contact the store I purchased it from to get another item delivered. So off goes the item, and I contact the Lowe's Kyle store. The representative on the phone was very nonchalant and asked for my order number. The representative said they could not assist me at all, because the item came from another store's inventory, so it wasn't their problem. After asking, the representative provided me with the phone number to the store in South Austin. I called that store. The representative was very uncaring and asked me, "What do you want?" I said I wanted a new, undamaged item shipped to me ASAP. The representative told me that they would not replace the item and that I would need to get a refund then purchase a new one. Even though I never accepted the item that was back on the Lowe's truck, the representative said it would take up to 10 business days to get a refund, so the representative told me to just call back after Christmas. I was enraged! It took my husband emailing the CEO to have a representative with corporate call me the next day. He setup a delivery for Christmas Eve as the next delivery date available, but we ultimately, after having that experience, just requested a full refund, which, thankfully, was provided immediately. Buyer beware if you have to get a purchased item delivered and, God forbid, have to return/exchange it.

    I went to Lowe's in kyle today for gutter parts and some vinyl siding parts. I saw online that San Marcos Lowe's was $2 cheaper on several parts. The price difference was very significant. I asked if Lowe's price matched and was told no. I asked if the manager could maybe do this? The manager did finally do a price match but was very reluctant. I like Lowe's but their policies need to be reviewed. I think for now I'll have to stick with homedepot due to the seem to be better priced but Lowe's seems to be better kept. If i do shop at lowes again i guess ill need to drive 10 minutes further to San Marcos. Guessing you can't have the best of both worlds.
