I called back and this time did not even ask what I wanted just answered and said I am putting you on hold. I have purchased appliances in past years and always had a great experience. I would not have purchased a large appliance if I had known their customer service was non existent.

They are incredibly slow with fulfilling the orders and employees working the pickup area really don't care and are of no help. The 5% discount isn't worth this hassle and I'll be taking my buisness to Home Depot.
- FMFrank MMar 13, 20261.0READ THIS BEFORE BUYING "SOME" APPLIANCES. Lowes and Home Depot are the same offers on this stuff. Appliances are not kept in stock like they use to be unless it's on clearance. You also can't by floor models unless its on clearance. So you are forced to pay a $40 delivery fee that is added on the cost of the item. I'm sorry but if spending a $1100 is not enough to get free delivery then you're a greedy corporation. I didn't need delivery as I have a truck. They also took away veteran's discount on bigger ticket items. So, tack on $132 to the item price of what you buy. Of course, install is optional, but parts are required even if you already have the parts. Lowes Delivery $40 Installation $40 Required parts for install $52 Other Places that require an annual membership that's local to this area and may be located in Humble next to Main Event. The LG Stove Range I bought was also the same price. You can get a member ship for a year if you don't have one and still come out cheaper than buying it from Home Depot The place that starts with a C and ends with an O Delivery $Free Installation $Free Required parts for install $Free
