Beware of Tattoo Mary in paint.... Horrible attitude, went there to get some paint need it a little advice she didn't want to help, she basically called me a liar when I told her I was waiting for 20 minutes she slammed her hand on the counter when I asked her if we could start the conversation over, she looked me dead in my eyes basically like she wanted to freaking fight me, I've been to this Lowe's several times, when and reported it to a manager because all I wanted was some paint I would not have said anything if it wasn't for the butch attitude that she had, horrible no help at all then when I returned she looked at me and slammed two buckets of paint on the counter!!!!

We had an excellent experience at Lowe’s thanks to Kyle and Michael. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful while assisting us with purchasing several tools for our shed and patio repairs, including a miter saw, nail guns, drills, a post hole digger, and other related tools.
They took the time to answer all our questions, explained the differences between the tools, and made sure we selected the right equipment for our needs. Even with multiple items and detailed questions, they never rushed us and remained friendly and professional throughout.
Kyle and Michael truly went above and beyond, and their customer service made our shopping experience smooth and stress-free. Big thanks to them and the Lowe’s team

It took four visits before I finally decided to write this review. Beginning in September 2025, I went to Lowe’s on four separate occasions to exchange a propane tank. Each time, getting assistance was extremely frustrating. I waited no less than 30 minutes on every visit, and when an employee finally came out, they neither made eye contact nor spoke to me, and offered no acknowledgment whatsoever. It was clear that helping with propane exchanges was not something employees were interested in doing.

Literally the worst staff ever. Cannot help you find anything because they’re standing in circles talking to each other even when you ask for help. I asked for help 4 times. No one here has any customer service skills.
Edit: Marcos the supervisor saw us looking lost and instantly came to help us! He walked with us to the aisle and stayed with us and helped us figure out how to convert stuff to what we needed. Jackie also came to help us check out since no one was at any of the check out lines. They’re both really cool, super knowledgeable, and the only reason I would come back.
