I had to stop by a few different times, and there was always someone in the office. On the rare occasion they stepped away, they clearly posted a sign letting customers know when they’d be back. I didn’t need much assistance, but I really appreciated that the units are climate-controlled. I helped my friend set up a shelf, and since I tend to sweat easily, the air conditioning made a huge difference. The location was also a big plus—very close and convenient to where my friend lives. Access was easy, and the facility felt secure with gated entry that stays closed and locked 24/7. Overall, a great local storage option.

This is my first time renting a storage unit and I did the process of selecting the unit online and I went in today to check out the place and was given a tour by Jaime. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful and I was able to also purchase all of the things that I needed to get started with my move while I was there and didn't have to make a separate trip to a store. Overall this has been a great experience so far and I’m really glad that I rented with Extra Space Storage.
