Had signed a lease for an outside unit without realizing online and came by the next day to get set up, but luckily Jose the Store Manager was there to help us get sorted, he showed us how to turn on the lights and was able to switch us to a climate controlled unit of the same size for the same price! Even brought over a cart as well to make moving our stuff into the unit easier. Excellent customer service, came to assist as soon as we called and answered any questions we had too. Very nice, helpful, and professional! Highly recommend, and shout out to Jose for all the help!
