By the time I purchase my furniture the next day I'm receiving it. A big shout out to my SON Adrian for referring me to RAC because if not I would of went to AARONS and from what I heard they have bed bugs disgusting. Thanks staff for everything y'all do and I'll continue to be getting things from y'all once my things I have is paid off we are looking into getting a bedroom set!
- JFJohn FloresFeb 17, 20201.0Worst Aaron's ever the employee's lie to you about the rental agreement and start to charge you late fees even when you are not late then on top of that give you the run around about talking the managers and act like you are lying to them like you never called them I ended up telling them to come pick up their washer and dryer because I do not appreciate being lied to and told things that make no sense how do you get late fees when your payement is due on the 15th and not the 1st and they also refused to fix this issue like it's my fault I would stay away from this Aaron's in kingsville they do not do business the way it should be done...

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
