  I felt that $32 for a simple hem was quite expensive. When I asked for help to measure and decide the hem length, the person assisting me spoke with a very strong accent and was difficult to understand. They complained in English that I couldn’t follow and said things like, “Why don’t you understand English?” They may have been trying to tell me to move right, forward, or back, but it was very unclear. They also tapped my leg repeatedly and spoke in a raised, angry tone, which made me very uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I decided to leave a low rating.

  I always go here for all my alterations. They are very caring and specialize in all military needs. I’ve been here for my gowns as well. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you for always being so careful with my clothes and providing great customer service!
