I came to find a front door for my home and Isaiah helped me find the right door. His customer service was excellent in every way! He was involved and really showed he cared about my purchase and was helpful from start to finish, literally. He even helped me pick out a color to paint it though I was indecisive. He was patient, helpful and I would definitely come back (even though Home Depot is closer to my house) just because of the amazing customer service.

Day time great help...nights, forget it..they were all to busy being social than helping customers...had a awful time in evening trying to find what I needed,, spoke to 6 different employees who sent me in every direction and I felt like I was bothering the staff when asking for help....ahhhh..it was so frustrating!!!! I left my entire cart after the frustration and went to Home Depot and got the help I needed right away.... the employee took me directly to what I had asked for..

Came in today to price-match a item from a local retailer I had previously price-matched with before. Unfortunately, I was unable to do so as the associate @ Customer Service stated her manager “Jonathan” said “we don’t price-match that place”. I was confused as a male with longer hair had just priced matched a roller brush last week (03/18) from the same local retailer. When Jonathan arrived, I explained to him exactly that and he responded immediately, “yeah we don’t have anyone that works here that’s a guy with long hair” and confirmed it twice more when I questioned. The interaction with him was very dismissive/indifferent so I just left since there was no coming to a solution.
Later that day, I came back for additional items. I saw a male associate with longer hair and was about to walk up to him but I realized it wasn’t the same person that price-matched that item for me. Maybe I should’ve told him that Jonathan hasn’t met him yet! I believe that person’s name was “Blake”. But to my surprise, directly to his left, ANOTHER male associate with long hair with a name tag “Maeve”, I explained to him what had happened and he even offered to price-match but unfortunately I had already bought those items elsewhere that morning. I should’ve told him that Jonathan hadn’t met him yet! Jonathan also said it was an internal Lowe’s story policy pertaining to that store #209. Learn something new every day!
Don’t be a Jonathan, be a Maeve!

Honestly it's been awhile since I've shopped for purpose at Lowe's. Went back there for an old Fail-Safe and purchased a Larson storm door. On this visit I was picking it up after about two and a half three weeks of waiting for it to come in. Picking it up when I went without a glitch I only read it the store as a four because during the order process things did not go without a glitch I was told that it would be delivered and it was supposed to be written up that way and I did not go that way. As I went to the front to purchase it the delivery was not in the order and I was told it would be an extra $79 to get it that way. When I looked it up online to order it I could have had it delivered to my house without a fee. Secondly when I went to the front customer service lady with my write-up to say hey I probably need to purchase this here at the counter I don't think I can check out myself with it the lady told me know you can check out yourself with it if not the young man there can help you with it. I was convinced I was right she was convinced she was right. 2 minutes later I was back at her counter and of course she was gone. The young man at the checkout could not help me told me I had to go to the customer service counter. That's when I found out what the other lady there that there was no delivery because she told me well your order will be ready for pickup in about 2 weeks. Needless to say I was upset. After a bit of conversation research with the Millwork Specialists and found out he even admitted that he forgot to put it on the order. I asked for the manager I think I got an ASM I'm not sure gentlemen had 20 years with Lowe's. After expressing my dissatisfaction to a gentleman that really didn't care. Other than to tell me we can charge you for the delivery and I can rewrite it. I said 79.00! I can remember when I worked at Lowe's back in 2000 delivery was $49 and if the customer spent what I spent on this door we would get it written off. He didn't care. If it wasn't for the fact that I like Larson storm doors I would have went to their competitor and bought her Anderson. All this being stated, I installed my door the other day, it looks good and I'm happy with it. There's no reason at Lowe's should be charging $79 to deliver a storm door. I had a delivery from a competitor the other day five sheets of plywood and 15 sticks of 2x material ranging from 8 ft to 16 ft delivered from 15 Mi away and their delivery fee is $26. This is simply another way to stick it to the customer.

This is the absolute worst place to order anything from. I contacted customer service three separate times before my online order was processed or shipped and called the distributor and left a message stating my correct address. Yet they still couldn't fix the address which was wrong, I even corrected the address right after I made the order seeing it was wrong and still no one could help me. They wanted to cancel it, um no I need my order now not next month when y'all decide the refund date and I have to wait to go through affirm again!!! The customer service is horrid the man on the phone could barely speak English, like what is going on with this place? They said I needed to call a number so they could contact the vendor and change it. Then creating a case I never asked them to open, they just wanted to cancel the online part of the order because they already said they couldn't change the address he was just trying to get me on the phone so they can cancel the order. All because I said I'd wait and if it went to the wrong address that's not my fault and they could reship it to the right one, like how shady of them. This isn't my fault I've had deliveries from Lowe's before my address was always correct on my account I didn't change it so it's not my fault. Y'all need to get it together I will never order anything from Lowe's again Home Depot it is 😒 **Update I got my order it came fine like I thought and no I didn't call them back but as soon as I picked up the in store part of the order all the sudden the last item was ready I live nowhere near this store 🙄 I tried to switch it online and error message popped up 🙄 then I had to wade through the AI at the store just to get an associate, then the phone rings for ten minutes no one picks up 😒 I have to call back again and finally someone picked up and sounded super annoyed 😒then I speak to a manager and they sound super annoyed. I mean I understand if you don't like your job but don't take it out on me please then Im talked over and treated like I'm stupid and asked to clarify like jeez man, then I'm told I have to wait for a supervisor to call me back just to switch from pickup to shipping *they still couldn't do it*. All because the app can't get it together 😡 I've never had a problem with this place before but after this I will never return this has been the biggest most frustrating irritating hassle I have ever dealt with. Not to mention when my husband picked it up he said associates were rude and acted like they were annoyed with him and were helping other people nicely with a smile 😐 he paid 16$ for a sausage meal outside and said it sucked and someone must have shook his drink because it exploded everywhere on him.I got the call back from the "manager" and some lady took over the call and all I asked was if I could switch from in store to drive up and they acted like I was speaking Japanese she tried to laugh at the end of the call like oops sorry 😐 umm nothing about all this is funny lady...I will never again shop at this store EVER if you have read this far good luck with this place seriously 😐**

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
