  Great service by Fabian!!! I went in with the same issue twice within a week. Both times, Fabian took the time to research and make different calls to Temple and Waco installations to find a way to get my issue resolved. He went above and beyond his duties to ensure I left the installation a happy customer. I haven't seen this type of customer service at Leslie's, ever. Great service, great customer service. Thank you Fabian, keep up the good work.

  I never leave one star reviews, and will totally change it when the issue is resolved, but I have had nothing but problems. Everything is overpriced, but they are the only ones to get stuff through in an emergency. I ordered some hoses over a month ago, and was told it would be there in a few days, it was very urgent for me. I would have purchased on Amazon but it said 1 to 2 weeks. Well it's now been a month, and I called them, and they didn't have my order. They had placed it for sale or something, and they thankfully grabbed the items off the shelf and set them aside. That was right before close yesterday. Today I went in to pick them up, lost. The guy looks everywhere and can't find them, nor are there any left on the wall. He apparently had his phone stolen, which is not his fault at all, and didn't have her number or his bosses. Totally get it. But the fact that the place doesn't have a employee contact sheet or something at the very least is crazy. I probably won't be doing much business here afterwards due to this nonsense.
