  Its very unfortunate, this lowes makes sales because of necessities of location. Its does not reflect the pour customer service. One night spent 1.5 hours ordering flooring. Waited nice 3rd party contractor came out didn't measurements and I got a quote, it was not the right items, but they wanted me to just pay, I wouldn't, tried to call, no avail. Tried to go in person, 5 people waiting for over an hour, called the manager, her response I was heading back there but then heard I had a more important customer at the front. Intresting but okay. No one came back to help, see alot of store employees around talking in flooring and stocking but no help for any of the 5 families and contractors. Okay call the national hot line, they said Someone name M******* remembered the order but to busy to help and they recommended we wait 24 hours before talking about the order again and then hung up. Its apparent that Lowes flooring department is not needed or needs more staff one or the other, but does not wamt local business.

  Amazing place but my experience their helper where bouncing around when I need help but it ok they probably need new crew🤣🤣

  If I could put no stars then it’s a blessing please if yall buy from this place make sure u look at the parts we bought a garbage disposal last night went in to put it was the wrong size and it was used took it to exchange it and let them know didn’t want to take back. Gave us attitude and treated us bad because we are different skin colored but treated the white people right not to say it like that but that’s the experience that one of the customer care guy gave us today he has like red ginger hair treated his kind right but treated us bad and told oh well in that kind of way we still have the parts in the box and no return I called the police and already doing a complain just again be careful and look at the things u buy.

  Contracted Lowe’s to install flooring. Installer glued down 4 small metal transition strips in ann 8 feet span, exposing sharp edges at 4 joints along the transition. They claimed it only came in short glue down lengths and was the only option. The first option on Lowe’s website comes in 144 inch and leaned they should have used a snap down transition going from laminate to tile. On top of this, you can plainly see they used 2 different colors of strip. Severely disgusting workmanship coupled with lying, I would strongly dissuade anyone from considering Lowe’s as your installer for any flooring. Guest already lacerated their foot as a result of this terrible install.

  I want to thank Neika for her performance and dedication; she was always attentive to our needs. Thanks also to the management team, Heidy and Sarah, who helped my wife and me with a situation we had this month, and yesterday, January 21st, the three of them resolved it for us. It's important to keep, support, and take care of employees like them. They give more than 200% and demonstrated to me that they truly work as a team.
