Let me tell you whoever the “manger” is a return desk is the worst possible associate. Refused repeatedly when I asked for store manger. No customer service skills what so ever. I’ll be contacting corporate about this interaction.

Had to leave a positive review for Karla K in the carpet/flooring department on 1/02/2026.

I spent 50 minutes trying to get help at the power tools and I asked 4 different associates. Each on one told me they were too busy and they'd be back in a minute but then 5 minutes later id see them start a new task then id see them on their phone or helping another individual that arrived after i did. This store was not busy at all given it's about 4pm on a monday. With the time waisted trying to ask a question about a deal with the power tools I am just going to drive to temple to hopefully get an answer.
