    One star because it wont allow me to add "0". Poor service is one thing but this location just ripped off my mother. She paid for roof panels. 36 to be exact. Only 6 panels were delivered but they charged her for the full order. Called to inquire if more were on their way or what was the issue. Told by a representative after an hour that the order was processed and sent. We tried explaining that only 6 panels arrived. Lowes took the money and told us that it would "Review the issue" and get back to us in 60 DAYS?!?! We need a roof NOW and shes out like 1500 bucks in resources. This location not only stole money from my mother its also going to be responsible for the damages at her house when it rains in and ruins everything. These people are garbage tier thieves.

    John and Juan from the Killeen Lowes delivered our new refrigerator, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Even though they were running a bit behind schedule, they kept us updated the entire time, which we really appreciated. Their communication was excellent. Both of them were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the appliance. They worked hard moving the new refrigerator in and taking the old one out, and they handled everything with great care. They also took the time to show us how to operate the new fridge and explained its features clearly. Overall, John and Juan from Lowe’s did a fantastic job. We’re very impressed with their service and professionalism. Lowe’s is lucky to have them!

    Wow, visiting my Lowe’s home improvement store in Killeen Texas location is on Lowe Boulevard, My daughter and I encounter a representative in the garden thinner by the name of Greg. This young man has the worst attitude I have never in my life had a visit that went downhill in a matter of seconds. While Proceeding to the register to check out, This young man show no enthusiasm about his job. I come to this location on a weekly basis, This visit was totally different. No happy face, No pleasantries, Just someone who look like he was having a bad day and validated it once asked. Greg, Looked very agitated when asked were the plants that I was purchasing from the clearance rack if they were 75% off. Upon his response, Greg stated that once he scans it and it comes up regular price that’s the price. I asked was he having a bad day?, Are you feeling well? He started hitting his fist, touching himself, nodding his head back-and-forth and saying that I could go and get a supervisor if I wanted it, I’m not sure where this came from. I wasn’t being rude. I wasn’t being aggressive, and the response was totally out of character.. I just told him I will take my things and go upfront and check out with someone else. He then stated to me very rudely that if I wanted to say anything, I can talk to Jonathan. Confused, I asked why would I talk to anyone? You’re having a bad day and I’m on my way to purchase my items with someone else.. You can tell them to look at the camera. I’m not worried about losing my job, etc.. I relay the information to Jonathan once I approach self check out. I explained to Jonathan we had just happened in the garden center with his coworker. Greg and I needed to speak to the store manager. I was then told that he would be the one that I will talk to. I explained to him that I was very with the customer service that I had just received In the garden center from Greg. I am in military veteran, I served myself not as a dependent, I explained this to Jonathan that I was very, very unsatisfied with the customer service experience on this day. Being apologetic, Jonathan assured me that he would address the issue and said that he was wrong that we have to manually put in the 75% off versus it automatically doing it. I knew that already I come to Lowe’s on a weekly basis 2 to 3 times a week and I never seen anything off the clearance to be rung up and it will automatically take it off itself. Seeing that great feels that he has job security. Maybe he needs to take some classes on how to talk to repeated valuable customers because this really made me think over the years. I have been coming here that this was the worst and it made my anxiety and PTSD overload. No one should And I feel that this young man needs not to be in a position to deal with customer if his mindset is not fulfilling customers wishes without an attitude without the nonchalant, and with the lies that he gave me. Seeking assistance from someone else, he decided to come up to customer service and interject with his young man named CJ when we were inquiring about who was the store manager, so we can get in contact with the store manager. He decided to involve himself in that interaction, yelling across the store back-and-forth with us. This was very unprofessional and I’m sure that the store manager would not by any means be satisfied with this as stated before he says he has job security. I never want this to happen again, but this is one of my favorite location so I hopefully they get this situation gets rectified. I don’t want to shop at Hone Depot Sincerely Marilyn A

    We were in desperate need of a new washer and dryer. We went to Lowe’s around 11am or so, it wasn’t very busy. We found the help of Ram, who quickly answered any questions that we had. The transaction itself was quick and painless, and he had a very good sense of humor. Another associate, Devin, also assisted. Both were friendly and professional. The delivery was next day, and we are 100% satisfied with everything, from start to finish. We will definitely be back.

    Was going to give an outstanding perfect review; Store associate Greg was kind and helpful the second we walked in; Store associate Lavonne, again kind, knowledgeable and so very helpful....BUT misleading... Upfront we asked " Can Lowes deliver an cooking range if we pick one out and can they haul off the old one?" We opted to pick a cooking range from the Lowe's floor instead of a cheaper on online with the understanding the cooking range was instock. Come to find out days later that it was not instock and still no communication on a delivery date. Ms. Lavonne did not tell us that the cooking range was not instock, did not let us know that it could be several days before our cooking range would be delivered; IF SHE HAD, we would have chosen a cooking range that was there and if we had to we would have loaded it up in our truck and taken it home. May come back and edit this review but as of now... We still have no cooking range and no communication on a delivery date. We paid extra for our delivery, materials, hookup and haul off request, but with the dishonest, misleading communication we feel like we were hustled for a sale. We love Lowe's and it's associates but with our Home Improvement project we have to, we must have clear, honest up front communications...
