Every evening there are two lines with 10-20 people in each because only 2 registers are open. Is it a policy to have two registers open at the most? Because every store does this. 2. Restocking popular items could improve. But I don’t have to wait more than a week for an item so I appreciate that. Otherwise I’m not changing my loyalty to Hobby Lobby, especially not at the Killeen location when I’m in the area.
- SSstephanie sOct 15, 20251.0It seems like the whole team is on ultra slow.You went out in line and check out.You anticipating, material people really don't want to help, and if they do my god, they don't know where things are.And they have no idea their own store and i've never seen anybody slower in my life as this team.The lines should go very quickly, especially when there's really no one waiting in line.They're just an ultra slow mode.That's why I try to avoid this store.I go there as little as possible.And order online, it's kind of better than someone that doesn't want to move.But it's not one person.It is the whole damn place.I've been there twice
