- TWTommy Williams1 day ago1.0Doesn't matter if I spend $20, $200, or $2000. Jared on the frontend was the only cashier. Instead of standing behind a closed down register and looking down please stage yourself in the self checkout area. I don't mind checking myself out....but you can at least be in the position and posture to make yourself available and to say "thank you and come again"! I said "thank you" to you! You said "nothing" in return! Pitiful Lowe's. Jared is last employee I saw representing Lowe's.

They have insufficient staff. If you are lucky and the right person is there then you may make progress. But there are few associates who know what they are doing. If you get referred to Lowes central forget it. No one knows what is going on. Hours and hours on the phone. No answers. Managers are never available. Lowes - please switch off your AI the only reason it may seem to work is that customers just give up. What is it that you don't understand this is Agravating Idiosy. How about good old fashioned customer service. I am sure it is not just Kerrville is a mess. It's probably your Regional and National management that need to get this sorted before the whole system implodes!
- JCJared CaddellJan 8, 20261.0It’s incredibly unfortunate that the Flex brand is leaving Lowe’s. I encourage those unfamiliar with the brand to research its greatness. Although it is the secondary reason I will no longer be shopping here, it is not reason for the review. Store Manager, Rodger, is the primary reason. This individual doesn’t seem to have a care in the world. He turned his back to me and started walking away as I was trying to explain my perspective of an open box product. Short story— they’re trying to sell display units for the price of new in box (flex product). Rodger is a very rude person that should not be in a customer service position. Nonetheless, certainly shouldn’t be managing.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
