    Had a defective AO SMITH hot water, they gave us a hard time about returning it since one of their techs didn’t troubleshoot it. We live a 100 miles from the nearest AO Tech. Took it back to Lowe’s in Kerrville, TX. Ashley, ADA & Frank stepped up and stood behind it. As a long time Lowe’s customer I was so impressed with these three. Talk about customer service, they were amazing. Thank you Frank, Ada and Ashley; you are three amazing employees!!!! You’ll always have my business 🤠👍

    Good luck getting someone to help you. Every person I asked would either tell me this is not my department, I don’t know, I’m with another customer, or didn’t speak English. Finally, I figured out you need to look it up online and find out which aisle/bay it in.

    Lowe’s kerrville gave me the run around canceled a booking with Angie permanently w/o us knowing. Angie rescheduled us 3 times. We paid Lowe’s 150$ for Angi to come take measurements at our home. We know Lowe’s canceled it bc Angi sent a email posted at 5:30pm saying they were sorry about our cancellation. We didn’t know this til we started calling to see what happened. Lowe’s still didn’t tell us they canceled our booking even after we called. Angi was supposed to come between 6 and 6:30pm and we waited. We called Lowe’s a man answered said he was gonna help then a phone on his side began ringing all of a sudden. I hung up, called again & a lady said she would help & put me on hold. I didn’t wait I hung up, called again and told her to forget about it that we wanted our $ back. She said we had to talk to another associate bc she couldn’t do anything. I was already mad and I said a few choice words. We still didn’t know it was canceled already by this point & she didn’t offer the info they already canceled our booking with Angie. Lowe’s lost us as a customer
