It’s incredibly unfortunate that the Flex brand is leaving Lowe’s. I encourage those unfamiliar with the brand to research its greatness. Although it is the secondary reason I will no longer be shopping here, it is not reason for the review. Store Manager, Rodger, is the primary reason. This individual doesn’t seem to have a care in the world. He turned his back to me and started walking away as I was trying to explain my perspective of an open box product. Short story— they’re trying to sell display units for the price of new in box (flex product). Rodger is a very rude person that should not be in a customer service position. Nonetheless, certainly shouldn’t be managing.

Had a defective AO SMITH hot water, they gave us a hard time about returning it since one of their techs didn’t troubleshoot it. We live a 100 miles from the nearest AO Tech. Took it back to Lowe’s in Kerrville, TX. Ashley, ADA & Frank stepped up and stood behind it. As a long time Lowe’s customer I was so impressed with these three. Talk about customer service, they were amazing. Thank you Frank, Ada and Ashley; you are three amazing employees!!!! You’ll always have my business 🤠👍
