Update: they finally picked up the furniture but they did push 2 more weeks of unauthorized payments for it from my account. As to date it has not been refunded. I have never spent more money on complete junk and been treated like an inconvenience by an entire group of incompetent staff, who obviously are not incentivized well to do there job and sell new lease agreements to paying customers in good standing who just want to send back a chaise lounge they already paid almost a grand for… still owe another grand. Saw the exact same piece of furniture for sale on fb marketplace for $60. I wanted the to come get them because I just lost my job and didn’t have the disposable funds to pay 2 grand for a $60 chair, keep in mind I have other leases with them in good standing and have been a loyal customer for over a year… Anyway, long story short I call them and say hey I lost my job, these chairs are insanely over priced and I am cutting expenses. I had fully planned to find something else to purchase from them, as they occasionally have sales and reasonably priced furniture. First guy said sure, we will pick it up Saturday. I said okay but I don’t want to be charged for it again. I can bring it if it’s a problem, it was then Sunday afternoon. He said no, no it’s fine. Saturday comes, no one shows up. Sunday I call to see what’s going on, lady says I was never scheduled for Saturday I’m scheduled for Monday. I was like sick but you guys keep charging me and not getting the stuff, I’m already one week of being charged past asking to end the lease. She says” DONT WORRY, you won’t be charged and I’ll credit your account for the last one. What happens?? No one shows up again!! And I’m charged again!! I call again and nobody knew anything. They said I wasn’t home Saturday which was a lie! I was home Saturday, you guys can’t even figure out a collaborated schedule and you have the audacity to call me a liar and say I wasn’t home on a day I was home and someone else told me I wasn’t even scheduled for anyway. So here I am 3 weeks later. Still have the stupid chaise lounges and am still getting billed for them. I tried to stop payments to them through my bank… I guess I will have to cancel my other leases with them to get them to stop taking my money because they are too lazy to come pick up their stuff or they are deliberately trying to just scam and steal my money for as long as possible. I actually think it’s probably just a dying company with bad management, no customer service or professionalism and a bunch of employees who just hate their jobs. If you do choose Aaron’s I would definitely avoid the Kerville office.

This store has the most dishonest management, which I'm sure goes right up to the main offices. The managers treat their employees as badly as they do the customers. Rent from anywhere else but here. Crooks will steal your money! And their high turn over is due to crooked management, which they blame on the employees.
