  Absolute horrible customer service from the woman named Brenda. Nasty attitude and all I wanted was a damn water test. I would soon drive to the Webster location where Marsha and Cassie provide absolute 100% satisfaction every time I go there without the attitude.

  This store has such an amazing staff. Donna and Brenda are usually the two ladies that take care of me when I go in or call. I just got my first two pools at my new property I bought and I know absolutely nothing about pools and pool maintenance. These two have shared so much knowledge and information with me. They really know their stuff. They are just as helpful as they are knowledgeable. They’ve answered all my questions and guided me in the right way to make purchases that are most cost efficient and effective for my needs. I hope this store owner understands they have two of the best employees I’ve seen working anywhere. Their positive and kind attitudes are contagious. Five stars plus for Donna and Brenda.

  Needed chlorine, it wasn't available, its hard to get right now. Store is clean, the people that work there are very nice.

  As Always Brenda and Donna to the rescue, check my water getting the chemicals I needed with a smile a welcome back we're glad to see you anything else we can do for you always get the first class first touch treatment in there even when they're busy and overloaded with still say hello and I'll be with you when I can
