- AMA MFeb 12, 20261.0A break in and theft happened at this storage facility last week. I've been a customer for over a year and I have to say I'm incredibly disturbed and disappointed by how upper management has handled this incident. My unit was one of the ones broken into and stolen from. The belongings in my unit were damaged, stolen and trashed. The property does not have cameras on the inside of the facilities only one in the front office and the few cameras they have outside are very old and low quality. The only people that were contacted about this break in and theft were the units that got hit. My neighbor also has a unit at this facility and they were never told there was a break in and theft on the property which has deeply distributed them. Everyone who is a paying customer should have been notified about this incident. I do not feel my belongs are safe here. I do not believe upper management took the time or spent the extra money to make sure everyone's belongs would be safe and secure to prevent property theft and damage from occurring. As soon as I am able to, I'm moving all of my stuff out ASAP. I do want to add that the staff at the front office were the only ones who gave me great information regarding the incident and helped me navigate the insurance policy and how to file a claim. I really appreciate all of their help during this.
