Martin was very knowledgeable and willing to help me fulfill my order. Martin worked diligently to first find the paver, then secure them for delivery to my home. Martin is one of the rare customer service representatives who really cares about your needs. Lowes, please recognize this young man, whatever you are paying him, he is worth a whole lot more.

These two gentlemen were working hard with their heads down in the garden area - staying focused, and maintaining such a positive and respectful attitude the entire time. Myles and Drake were incredibly kind and courteous to customers. What stood out most was that they were even apologetic for the behavior of their supervisor, Cliff, whose conduct came across as rude, disrespectful, and a bit hostile. Despite that situation, and the aggressiveness of their supervisor and how Cliff spoke to them - they both remained professional, respectful, and continued working hard without letting it affect how they treated others. Employees like Myles and Drake are a true asset to Lowe’s. Their kindness, professionalism, and strong work ethic did not go unnoticed, and I sincerely appreciate the way they handled themselves.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
