  Sadly, this is the first time that I have ever written a bad review about a company; this is not what I like to do! That said, we purchased a tree in the beginning of October and had Landscape Systems Garden Center deliver and install the tree and all went well there. When we purchaed the tree, we followed the verbal instructions that we were given to care for the tree; we were never given any written instructions. My husband is very particular about our landscaping and doing exactly what is needed. Unfortunately, the tree we purchased has died and it is still within the 6 month warranty. We have two of the same exact same trees within feet of each other and they get the same care and watering. Yes, we know when a new tree is planted it requires more attention, again, which we followed the verbal instructions that we were given. When I called this morning, I spoke to a nice young lady and she was unfamiliar with the warranty policy and asked if I could hold while she got the manager and I said absolutely, no problem. From there, my husband and I had the unpleasant experience of speaking with Brian, the owner. Brian was very condensending, and offputting. Brian did ask questions regarding watering and the care. Brian also said that, it required a "bubbler" to be placed in the groud for watering. We were NEVER once told about having a "bubbler" and how are the exact same trees within feet of this one surviving just fine without a "bubbler". In SHORT, Brian said "we would work something out", never once saying that because the tree died and it is under warranty that they would replace the tree. Brian became defensive and rude to both my husband and myself. We could never get a straight answer out of him on just replacing the tree; that's all we wanted to do. Understandably, Brian was asking questions and that's fine but he was asking in a way that made us both feel as though we were being accused of killing the tree. My husbanbd and I would also like to know why the tree died but regardless, Brian should have been much more professional and lived up to their promise of the warranty. Bottom line, customer no service and we will take our business elsewhere.

  We had an absolutely incredible experience with Landscape Systems! From start to finish, their team transformed both our front and backyard into something truly beautiful. They repaired our flagstone patio and made it look better than ever - solid, seamless, and stunning. The tree trimming was done with such care and precision, instantly refreshing the entire property. They also planted new trees, bushes, and flowers that completely elevated the look and feel of our home. And the pots... the most gorgeous containers overflowing with flowers that add the perfect pop of color and elegance. Every detail was thoughtfully designed and professionally executed. The entire space feels cohesive, polished, and welcoming. Their craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Landscape Systems to anyone looking to completely transform their outdoor space!

  I've driven by this place a few times and finally decided to stop in and take a look. This place is so much larger than I expected. Tons of different ston statues, planting pots of all sizes, wood worked items, seeds, tools, just about everything you could imagine. The way the store is decorated inside feels very cozy and inviting. I think the pups that greeted us at the door helped with that as well. One could easily spend hours roaming around looking at all of the different planta and other items. I will definitely be swinging by when spring gets here to check out what new shows up!
