Worked with Marco on a front yard landscape design and install, or at least tried to. Coaches was the first of 5 contractors I contacted to give me quotes on the design I wanted. I had a photo of what inspired me and showed it to Marco when he came to my house and I explained in great detail what I was looking for. After our discussion he explained to me his vision and it did not incorporate anything I had requested. I brought that to his attention and he assured me he would design it with the elements I wanted. I thought GREAT that he didn’t initially understand what I wanted but he now understood the elements (large flagstone walkways, blue lily plants, bender board, and mulch) that I wanted included in the design and would make it happen. He told me he would have an estimate and design by next week and the way they work is he will come to my home and go over that with me. Awesome, no problem. One week passed, no word. Two weeks pass no word. Third week I contact him and tell him this isn’t a good look for Coaches. He says sorry it must have slipped his mind. I say can you at least send me the estimate so I can decide if it’s worth continuing work with coaches. I give him my email and he says sure he will send it. I never get it. Then he messages me asking if he can come by to get a better idea of plant placement. I say no problem come by. He never does. Clearly he forgot what I wanted. Never heard from him again. If I were you and I were looking for someone who could grasp a design AND do what they say they are going to do, then I would NOT select Coaches to do the job because they will fail in every way. Especially if they send out Marco, the eternal time waster/

In Texas, we are able to lay sod throughout the year. While spring and fall are generally considered optimal seasons, we also install sod during winter months, provided the ground is not frozen.
When removing a tree, will you remove the stump?
Yes, we use a stump grinder to completely remove the tree stump. We also ensure that all debris, including the removed tree, is cleared from your property. We do not leave any materials at the curb.
I want stonework around my flower beds, but i'm worried about cracking.
When constructing garden walls or retaining walls, we begin by installing a robust foundation. Our process involves building a solid footer using mortar and rebar, rather than constructing directly on the ground. This approach ensures the stability and longevity of the stonework, minimizing the risk of cracking.
Do I need to provide the plants or materials for you to do the work?
Our service is comprehensive, covering all aspects from initial design to final installation. We handle the design process, procurement of materials and plants, delivery, and installation. However, if you already have materials or plants, we are happy to incorporate these into the project as well.
