  I can give 0 star if i could. Rude person work at pick up counter opening time 3/28/26 @ 10:23am. Told em came pick up order, we like the basket we chose and kindly ask her to replace it. Replied “Next time wait for the email confirmation” then threw the other basket on the cart next to us. Mind you it’s loud. And tore up the paperwork. This attitude is disgusting and highly unprofessional. Don’t know what the problem is but that’s not how to treat customers. Cashier is slow and holding the line. At least cashier is nice.

  Sharing this due to the manager (I believe). We walked in at 7:30. No hello just “we close in 30 min” Ok, thanks! Proceeds every 10 min….yelling to all “we close in 20 min!!” Proceed to the front. Then again yelling to all “we close in 15 min” Bring items to to the front. Then again “we close in 10 min!!” Then we close in 5 min!!!” It was uncomfortable as heck. My kids and I felt as if we were in trouble and definitely didn’t enjoy but maybe 5 min of that trip. He was standing at the door shooing everyone out. I’m in customer service, I get it. It was a tad overwhelming.

  Always something interesting for gift giving. I did not find everything I normally buy but I think this store is smaller than the one I visited last.

  It is so unfortunate that I have to write this review. I have loved this store and I am so wildly disappointed in how this situation was handled. This location is actively practicing false advertising and the Customer Service Manager, Angel Romero, refuses to honor the posted advertising. (Be very careful of this if you choose to shop here.) As you can see in the pictures, the sign says, “Ornaments 3 for $12 or 4.99 each.” The sign is posted in front of the entire ornaments section. What the sign doesn’t say is “red tag ornaments only” or “ Select Ornaments Only”. ** I would say be sure to read the fine print but, there is none. This is blatant false advertising and I can only imagine how many other customers have been duped. In addition, I am regretful that I did not get the name of the female employee who was at the register with me because she was so exceptionally rude and said that I should not have assumed because the sign doesn’t say, “ALL Ornaments” and that I was stupid to assume that this sign implied that all ornaments were 3 for $12… Merry Christmas from World Market - Katy.
