This location is actively practicing false advertising and the Customer Service Manager, Angel Romero, refuses to honor the posted advertising. (Be very careful of this if you choose to shop here.) As you can see in the pictures, the sign says, “Ornaments 3 for $12 or 4.99 each.” The sign is posted in front of the entire ornaments section. What the sign doesn’t say is “red tag ornaments only” or “ Select Ornaments Only”. ** I would say be sure to read the fine print but, there is none. This is blatant false advertising and I can only imagine how many other customers have been duped. In addition, I am regretful that I did not get the name of the female employee who was at the register with me because she was so exceptionally rude and said that I should not have assumed because the sign doesn’t say, “ALL Ornaments” and that I was stupid to assume that this sign implied that all ornaments were 3 for $12… Merry Christmas from World Market - Katy.
