A staff member told me I couldn’t walk around because I was wearing Crocs and needed to get ‘admin permission.’ I had to go to the front office, where they looked confused and just said it was fine. It was an unnecessary and weird experience that made me feel unwelcome. Customers shouldn’t be hassled over shoes. I ended up leaving.

Easy to navigate through the nursery and access to see the plants is great. I recently needed assistance on an order and they were fantastic to get the order delivered to me as I was without a truck temporarily. They even exchanged five plants which were accidentally misordered. Would recommend them highly.
