Very happy with recent experiences, firstly love having a store offering Craftsman tools which is great, but the reason for this review is the last few occasions staff have been very helpful and my recent order of dryer was delivered and installed same weekend on a Sunday! Everywhere else I checked had the install out as far as 10 business days. For this reason Lowes has earned a customer, if I need appliances will definitely be back. Bar none best experience for speed and service on appliance I've ever experienced. No one likes to be out on doing laundry for long so this was very much appreciated!

Across multiple visits to Lowe’s, staff assistance has been consistently unavailable. When an associate is found, the response is usually ‘we don’t have it,’ with no inventory check, alternatives, or directions. I often leave without the items needed.”

Customer service was amazing. We had purchased the wrong paint at another location. I called to see if there was something I could do. Not only did they answer phones promptly with no wait, but they advised me to come in, and there would be a solution depending on the details. When I arrived, I didn't have the proper receipt. They were unable to do an exchange, but they found my digital receipt with email, did a return, applied it to a gift card, allowed me to talk to the paint department for my options, and I was able to get the proper paint with no hassle, even with all my mistakes. Thank you for the great service.

I am so disappointed in this Lowe's. My client purchased a tub for a remodel this past summer. The plumber installed the tub and we completed the project, no problems. Upon putting water in the tub, small rust spots appeared all over the bottom of the tub. We spoke to Scott the assistant manager and he said he would contact the vendor. I waited a couple weeks and never heard from him. I texted, called, emailed and he just blew me off. I went in again and spoke to an associate named Lancer. Very friendly and helpful. He said the manager Mike was in a meeting and he would call me back as soon as he was out. Never heard from him. I texted Lancer to let him know... he blew me off too. This is going to cost me a fortune to redo. I can't believe they care this little for their clients.
