I went in to buy piece of plywood that I had been putting off. I thought I was going to spend a hour between looking for some help but I was surprised when sales associate Joseph came up and offered help. He was very good at getting my plywood cut to the sizes I needed. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Great job Joseph.

A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,
I PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM THE STORE AND THEY CHARGE MY CARD 3 TIMES DIFFERENT CHARGES, ONE OF THEM VALID CHARGE AND THE OTHER 2 CHARGES NOT VALID,ONE CHARGE THEY GAVE IT TO ME BACK ON MY CARE AND THE OTHER CHARGE OF $5063.21 THEY CAN'T FIGGER OUT WHERE IS IT, ITS NOT SHOWING ON THERE SYSTEM, ITS A CRAZY, EVERY DAM MANAGER TILL ME A DIFFERENT THINKS, AFTER FEW DAYS, THEY SOW THE CHARGE ON THE SYSTEM AND THEY WERE GOING TO REFUND IT AND THE SYSTEM ITS NOT LETING THEM TO REFUND THE CARD, THEN HE SAID GIVE US COUPLE DAYS, AFTER ONE WEEK I HAVE NOT GOT A REFUND BACK, AND I BEEN FIGHTING WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY KEEP BUSHING ME TO RAFAEL, THEN RAFAEL HE NEED TO WAIT FOR MATT AND TILL NOW AND I CALL TO ASK FOR MATT YESTERDAY AND HE SAID REAFEL HE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT TOMORROW, AND TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT HEARD ANY THING FROM THEM.......................
