    We went to the Lowe’s in Springfield, Richmond and had an excellent experience thanks to Bradley. From the moment he stepped in to help, he was patient, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was handled the right way. He took the time to walk us through our options, made sure we were set up with what we needed, and handled the situation smoothly from start to finish. What really stood out was his attitude—polite, courteous, and very human. You can tell he actually cares about people, not just the transaction. When your day isn’t going great, running into someone like Bradley can completely turn it around. He’s the kind of employee that makes a real difference and leaves a lasting impression. Customer service like this is rare, and it deserves to be recognized.

    Bought a grill and was notified it would be assembled and ready the day after. 3 days go by and it has not been assembled. Now it’s delayed and the “assembly guy” won’t come back until next week. Give a proper estimate or hire more assembly staff.

    If you want to replace a water heater just know that Lowes will refer you to a third party plumbing company (ARS) that charges $4,000 for a 40 gallon water heater. Not tankless. This is easily 50% more than most other local plumbers. We ended up with a company rated 4.9 on google that charged $1750. Do better Lowes!

    I bought some lights here around Thanksgiving to decorate my new house. I purchased three strings of the GE 100-count LED lights (at $44.99 each). Despite the price and brand name, the quality has been terrible. All the strings have failed at different times. I’ve had to come in twice before to exchange them, and the staff those times were very nice. However, another string went out last night, so I went back this afternoon for an exchange. I was helped by a tall, middle-aged male employee who was extremely unfriendly. He gave me a hard time and acted like I was trying to take advantage of the store just because I had exchanged them before. I felt insulted. I have a job and a busy life; I don’t enjoy wasting my time driving back and forth to exchange light bulbs. If the product worked, I wouldn't be here. Although he finally processed the exchange, the experience was humiliating. For a product that costs nearly $50 with tax, I shouldn't be made to feel guilty for expecting it to work. I might take my business to Home Depot next time.

    Well I see more and more why people are turning to Amazon prime and other online sources instead of going to stores like Lowes. I went there for a water filter I figured they would have it. I went to the location on Spring Green Rd. Went to the appliance dept. Saw a clerk just standing there at the counter playing on his cell phone. I looked for the filter for 5 minutes couldn't find it on the shelf. I ask Oul the clerk there in the appliance dept if they had the the filter I was looking for and if he knew where it was? He looks ups and mutters something I could barely understand what he said. I figured out on my own it must have been on the shelf top left corner cross reference the numbers w my fridge w the one i thought was it. I then walked up and asked to speak to a manager when thr customer service clerk asked if I found everything i was looking for. And guess what. They couldnt even find manager for me to speak to. Got tired of wasting my time. I just left. I'll go to Amazon prime or home Depot before I go back there.
