Definetly not going back to Leslies again, after spending $ thousands over the years at various Leslies. Taking my business somewhere else. Rude response with my water analysis, pushed it back at me and refused to offer any guidance. I mentioned I once purchased Shock Trtmt from Costco (unused), which apparently struck a nerve...but he offered nothing further to help with water treatment, and Leslie's lost a good loyal customer. No reason that a Leslie's employee should be rude and unhelpful. I was eager to seek help, and buy corrective conditioners for my pool water, but his reaction and refusal to offer any help completely discouraged me. I left the store, and Leslie's for good.
