    The staff were very helpful and the store was not as crowded and busy as the one on north fry. So I think I will be going to the one on south fry from now on.

    I spent two delightful hours in the store, comparing textures and colors for my decorations. Everything seemed perfect until the payment process. Oh, what an uncomfortable experience it could have been for the cashier, Daniel, who worked the Friday afternoon shift around 5:27 pm. He greeted me with a boisterous sigh and a wide-open mouth! As he attempted to pass the items, one of them wasn’t priced. He asked where it was located, and I pointed it out. However, he preferred to call the manager and check online. To my surprise, the price on the website was double the marked price, according to my recollection. I insisted on checking with another similar item, but no one moved on. The manager and the cashier both insisted that the price was the online price. So, I had to go to the island and search for a similar item myself. While I was doing this, they started attending the next customer in line. When I returned with the item, I had to wait for the other customer to finish. (No problem, they didn’t have to wait for a bad-addressed situation.) I pointed out that I remembered the price was different and that they had performed poor customer service by making me search for the item myself. The cashier responded with, “I don’t receive enough money for that!” I asked the manager why they weren’t doing the courtesy of looking for the item themselves. Why did I have to do it by myself? The manager’s face said everything except “I’m sorry.” I ended up paying $111, which wasn’t enough to receive decent treatment as a customer. This incident is one of the reasons why online shopping is killing the retail industry. Poor customer service is a major factor.

    Store 400 hobby lobby Cashier - LAYLA P I am writing to report an unpleasant and concerning experience my friend and I had at your store this morning. We visited the store and completed our purchases at checkout with two separate bills. After noticing that one bill showed more items than expected, we went back inside to clarify and correct the issue. Instead of assisting us promptly, the cashier and another staff member made us wait in line again. When it was finally our turn, the cashier asked us to show our other bill and questioned whether we were hiding items, implying that we may have taken extra T-shirts or products. This felt accusatory and disrespectful. As customers, we came back honestly to resolve a billing mistake. We expected help, not suspicion. The situation made us feel singled out and uncomfortable. The tone and behavior of the staff came across as discriminatory and unfair. We are hardworking people and deserve to be treated with the same respect as any other customer. No one should feel humiliated or judged while shopping. I kindly request that you address this matter with your staff and ensure all customers are treated professionally, respectfully, and equally. Thank you for your time and attention. I hope steps will be taken to prevent such experiences in the future. First two bills weee normal transactions and 2 different person and separate bills. Second bill has more items and when we went back staff accused us by asking other bill what are they trying to prove here. Also when we ask them to fix they returned 2 shirts showing 3 rd bill These 2 lady’s made our day totally ruined. Hope this is addressed if needed I can visit store and show all evidences in person. Please stop bullying like this. Treat everyone equally
