The line was almost wrapping around the store and people were getting flustered, it wasn’t anyone’s fault, it was just very busy. Renee was incredibly kind and patient, with such a wonderful vibe and presence. She took the time to ask how I was doing and reassured me that we’d find the right receipt for each purchase (I had over five!). She even noticed my birthday on my driver’s license and wished me a happy birthday. During the busy holiday season, it’s rare to find customer service like what she provided. I only interacted with her for about 20–30 minutes, but it was clear she is a truly wonderful person.
