- MOManuel OrtegaMar 5, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the service at Extra Space Storage. I have been trying to reach the manager for over a week because my storage unit gate is stuck and I cannot open the unit. I have called multiple times, left messages, and sent emails, but no one answers the phone and no one replies. As a paying customer, it is unacceptable to be completely unable to access my own storage unit while receiving zero support from the facility. Customer service and communication are clearly lacking here. If management cannot respond to urgent issues like a locked or stuck unit, it raises serious concerns about how this facility is being operated. I hope someone from corporate reaches out immediately to resolve this issue because at this point the lack of response is extremely frustrating

If I could give zero stars , I would I have been unable to access my storage unit for over two weeks and the issue is still unresolved. I spoke with the branch manager hoping to get help, but she has not helped resolve the problem at all. She gave me her phone number, but my calls are constantly diverted and she does not respond to my messages. I have tried reaching out multiple times with no response. The most frustrating part is that I have equipment inside my unit that I need for my business. Because I cannot access it, my sales and work have completely stopped — and I am still paying for the unit. The lack of communication and customer service here is extremely disappointing. I hope management takes this situation seriously and actually addresses how customers are being treated.

They block the entry code for no reason because even my payments are up to date and they are not able to solve the problem and I have to keep paying while they find out what is happening. I have been unable to access my storage for over a month and they have not solved it for me. I called and called to the office and nobody help me. The worst in the world. I do not recommend it.
