As soon as the new owners came in, we received a letter in the mail saying our 'promotional rate' was ending and our new rate was $250. They haven't even owned the place a month and they change the price by almost $100! And this wasn't a 'promotional rate.' I made sure when I paid online that it didn't say it was a temp rate and I reread my contract and says nothing about it being a promotional rate. They are just trying to sugar coat the fact they are screwing existing costumers. Changing the rate by $100 as soon as you take over is just disgusting customer service.
