They work diligently to get me to the sales rep that I was working with and at no time that they seem bothered thank you guys. Gracie was my sales rep and she was awesome. The store manager JJ Really knows his stuff here and explained in detail the options that were available in furniture. This is why I come here.

I would like to add some important details on the sales and purchase side. I told the sales person that i needed to have mattresses hauled away and he failed to add those fees on the purchase. He also failed to advice that all furniture needs removed for the delivery associates took care just come and drop in place. My disappointment was that i had a hard time to disassemble the existing bed frame which was so hard because it had no screws to tie it all in. Had the delivery associates not helped i would have had to break it apart. That existing bed frame was purchased some years ago from AWF. Disappointing that delivery associates can setup bed frame but shouldn’t help with disassembly. Just glad my delivery associates helped me.

From David making sure what I wanted was available then walking me through the finance process & setting up my delivery date, to the front desk associate (Joselyn I believe) finalizing the deal and lastly the delivery men who were kind, on time, & set up my furniture quickly yet carefully. I am very happy with my purchase as it looks good and feels great :)

Couldn’t find somebody to help me had to walk over and ask somebody and was told that the two tables I wanted couldn’t be picked up today because the customer pick up was closed early. Living in Houston all this time, I guess places like Gallery and their customer service has spoiled me. This places customer service is nowhere near as good. Spend a few dollars more and go to Gallery.

Hoy Nov/26/2025 fue el día de la entrega y llegó antes de la hora acordada, el señor José y su ayudante fueron también muy amables y acomodaron los muebles en el lugar exacto que les pedí!!! Realmente estamos muy alegres con nuestra compra y si recomiendo la tienda, por la gran variedad de muebles,muy bonitos, pero sobre todo la recomiendo por los excelentes precios y especiales que tienen!!! Rapidez,Calidad y Buen trato!!! Muchas gracias.
