But this is not the biggest issue I also have furniture that is almost paid off I only owe $200 but the service l was given this pass week l will not be buying anything from this Aaron’s again. Alex the manager was nice until l said the furniture as been over paid and I don’t want it anymore. He was okay until l said l didn’t want any other furniture that he offered me. Got mad and slam the phone in my face. Now they are taking forever to pick it up. I’m done with them he could have handled it better I probably would have got something else in the future but because of his behavior I’m done. Cause I even called back to speak with him right after he hug the phone up they said he was to busy to talk to me. I don’t have time to play childish games with you Alex’s. Also not sure if I’m saying or spelling his name correctly but I do know he’s the manager there.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
