I contacted Backyard Fun Pools and they helped me with a concrete overlay design that looks fantastic in my backyard. Trevor and Randall were both extremely responsive and helpful. They were able to coordinate the install on a date and time that worked for me and their installers were extremely friendly and professional, they helped select colors and design. Extremely happy with the product, service and price. It was great value and I would highly recommend.
- CSChristina StephensonMar 31, 20265.0BACKYARD FUN POOLS DID AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB ON OUR POOL REMODEL!!! Their Pinnacle Decking Overlay product is INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! The surface stays SO COOL, it is NOT SLIPPERY AT ALL, AND it comes with a LIFETIME TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY!!!!! These guys were WAY MORE AFFORDABLE than Allied and Zion Outdoors, and the quality speaks for itself. Trevor did a FANTASTIC job walking us through the entire process, helping us choose the PERFECT design, color, and every little detail along the way. We will DEFINITELY be using them again and again!!! Also, as a first responder, it meant a LOT to support a VETERAN AND FIRST RESPONDER OWNED BUSINESS. Honestly, how could you not want to support that? We are already looking forward to our NEXT PROJECT!!!!!

BFP delivered exactly what was promised, on time and within an agreed budget. And it came out even better than we. anticipated. And out project manager Jeff Minks was great through the process. He not only kept us informed about what to expect every step of the way, he also had time to answer all my questions. He was terrific. We have some finishing touches to take care of including adding salt to the water. I can't wait to try it out. It’s been a great experience and a great end result.

We were contacted right away after submitting an inquiry. Randall came out, and my wife and I were able to give our feedback on the design at our kitchen table as he was drawing it live in front of us. There was no high pressure sales tactics and communication has been excellent with everyone at Backyard Fun Pools. We are getting a very high quality pool at a fair price. We love the "Cloud" design that we picked. The actual pool looks just like initial design. Follow-up: Still loving the new pool! Great experience overall
