  Going on our third delivery for the same item after paying for delivery, and American Furniture keeps delivering damaged items! At this point, I'm better off paying more money at another store for higher quality and SERVICE!! Whoever is building the items in the warehouse before delivery is horrible at their jobs, and whoever is in charge of checking products before it go out! That's basic work practice in this line of work!

  Delivery was incomplete. Had to jump through hoops and call several times to get an explanation of when they would complete the delivery. They just kept transferring me to different departments within their call center. I finally had enough and decided to return the item.

  Maria was very helpful and sweet. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I walked up to a guy at his desk to check out a painting and he was on the phone which sounded like one of his friends or family talking about something not work related. He didnt acknowledge me even though I was standing right in his face. It took him 2 minutes to ask me did I need help with something. Once I asked him can I check this out right here he did a quick little frown like I asked something out of the ordinary and said no you can check out at the front. I walked off irritated but found Maria. She was great! She checked me out in a timely manner and I’m pleased with her service. Everyone go to Maria for help with all your furniture and decor needs!

  Very bad service it took two months for my furniture to come in and I’m still missing a lot of stuff now. They’re telling me that I didn’t buy my dresser, but I did. I have pictures to prove it. Very nursing my clothes are on the floor. I was waiting for my dresser to come in and now they’re telling me I didn’t order it. I recommend going somewhere else very bad experience very bad service. I even had to pay an extra $400 because they lied and said I wasn’t at my apartment and I was so I had to pay a 300 or $400 delivery fee again I paid $5000 for my furniture and I really regret it.

  This has been the worst furniture buying experience I have ever had. The portion of my purchase that was delivered was damaged when dropped out of the delivery truck by a rude delivery man that stayed on his phone the whole time. I was called saying the rest of my order was ready for pickup. After arriving found out that only the table tops were onsite but not the bases. Two weeks later when the bases came in and were picked up discovered that one of the two bases was damaged. Called customer service and was told that they could not help me and hung up on me. Still trying to get the rest of the furniture that I purchased. Worst experience ever from customer service to delivery. Would not recommend to anyone that I know.
