  Worse customer service I have ever had at a Lowes store. The manager and assistant need to go back to training for sure. Bought 2 refrigerators with 0 dents or damage when we picked them. One showed up damaged when delivered I called with in one hour to report it. They said email them pics so I did and I had to keep emailing and calling them. The communication skills were awful. Finally after 30 days they finally called me back and said they were going to do nothing. I said then come pick it up. They said no we only can do returns with in 2 days of delivery. I said I have been waiting on you guys to return my calls and emails to give me a answer of what you wanted to do. They said sorry they are going to do nothing. I think I will take all my business to Home Depot where they seem to do a little better training their managers on customer service. It is a shame how little talent Lowes managers have. Wishing there were more mom and pop businesses left that know how to hire talented employees and train them correctly. Saving money is useless without customer service. BEWARE

  Well we were in need of a dryer. We went to check it out. We did find a good dryer for half the price. The people who worked there were nice and helpful.

  I visited the Lowe’s Outlet store today intending to purchase a stove. Many of the stoves on display did not have price tags, so I politely asked an associate named Johnny for help with the price. Johnny told me that he could only tell me the price of one stove and that this is the store’s process. I accepted that and continued the conversation politely. However, when I simply questioned the situation respectfully, his attitude changed. Johnny looked directly at me and said I was “pushing it” and that he didn’t like it, which was unnecessary and very unprofessional. I was calm and respectful the entire time and was only trying to understand the pricing so I could make a purchase. He then rudely told me to come back tomorrow and said he could not service me today. The issue was not the stove price or the process — it was his attitude, tone, and lack of basic customer service. I came ready to buy, but instead I was spoken to in a disrespectful way and denied service. I hope management reviews this situation because customers should not be treated this way when simply asking for help.

  Miguel is an absolute gem! We were able to return our refrigerator as it was no longer needed and purchased a blackstone, blackstone supplies and many other essential home improvement tools with his guidance and feedback. He even went as far as pushing our cart to the front for us. His customer service was 2nd to none! We will definitely be back for other appliances and shopping with him at Lowe’s.
