  I visited the Lowe’s Outlet store today intending to purchase a stove. Many of the stoves on display did not have price tags, so I politely asked an associate named Johnny for help with the price. Johnny told me that he could only tell me the price of one stove and that this is the store’s process. I accepted that and continued the conversation politely. However, when I simply questioned the situation respectfully, his attitude changed. Johnny looked directly at me and said I was “pushing it” and that he didn’t like it, which was unnecessary and very unprofessional. I was calm and respectful the entire time and was only trying to understand the pricing so I could make a purchase. He then rudely told me to come back tomorrow and said he could not service me today. The issue was not the stove price or the process — it was his attitude, tone, and lack of basic customer service. I came ready to buy, but instead I was spoken to in a disrespectful way and denied service. I hope management reviews this situation because customers should not be treated this way when simply asking for help.

  Miguel is an absolute gem! We were able to return our refrigerator as it was no longer needed and purchased a blackstone, blackstone supplies and many other essential home improvement tools with his guidance and feedback. He even went as far as pushing our cart to the front for us. His customer service was 2nd to none! We will definitely be back for other appliances and shopping with him at Lowe’s.

  I recently purchased a tool box with chest for $1,100 from Lowe's, expecting a quality product delivered to my door. Unfortunately, what I received was an open box floor model that was damaged. To add insult to injury, I was only offered a $58 refund for this mistake and was not even given the option to receive a new boxed item. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and not reflective of the level of service I expected. I will think twice before doing business with Lowe's again unless this issue is addressed satisfactorily.
