A lot of the other storage companies don't have anybody in their offices at all. Here at Extra Space Storage I dropped by in person because I wanted to view the available storage units. Levi was there the first time I went and showed me all the available units. He was so nice and so helpful, making my reservation process so easy and efficient. Desiree was also so amazing and so helpful to work with. She was always available to answer any questions I had and is just the nicest person you can imagine. I honestly wish I came across more people in life that are as attentive and as nice as her! This overall location is exceptionally run. The property and all the units are incredibly clean and very well taken care of. It's also in a great safe location. I can't recommend it enough. The service and care is top notch here!!!

The monthly rate did increase after my initial contract ended, but that is expected. I will return to this property if I ever need storage again in the DFW area!
