Damaged my mattress! On top of that, they raise their monthly rates like clockwork. I am paying $358 monthly (day late fee is $56! ). Don't recommend it. This review is certain to get a canned response from the extra space storage. Still, they won't do anything about the ongoing price hikes an poor lighting.
