Got a call that my unit was broken into. Never in my time of renting any storage unit has there been a break in! There was no email or formal information, just a call. I need an email of the situation to file a report for my insurance as well. When I asked about the cameras, i was told the hallway where my unit is has no cameras. Why was that information not provided when I rented? Everything of value in my unit was taken! I am so angry & i am considering a refund on my advance payment. Take this review as a warning to the other renters, this place is NOT secured.
