- SCSabrina CruzMar 17, 20262.0Why I chose this was because the so called manager Steve dont know how to take care of what is promised. I bought a bedroom set and paid it cash price not the whole term . Come to find out my bed frame was messed up by the 2 men one name is Eli and his rookie at the time. They stripped the holes to where the screw hold the frame. Let me back up the first time the bottom draws were not leveled at all . I called and report that issue only to find out that when we were cleaning under the bed and about to move my mattress thats when we found that the bed frame was not secure and missing screws. I was very pissed to this point cause we just paid off our balance. I called report it's the guy name Albert was like this is a general manager issue . Sent the email to the GM still did not get a return call instead he was rude. Called back still could not get him on the phone. Called back again got a lady on the phone. They came and sent the same rookie right at 7pm to do a temporary fix . I called again to speak to GM Albert passed the phone to another rude black gentleman so I talked to him the same way . I said your GM dont know how to return people's phone calls and want to see if yall have my replacement parts. Never will I do business with this store ever again. Go to another store people cause customer service here is a joke !!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
