    Hours on this profile show till 10pm on Friday so of course as anyone else would do at 9:05 who needs something you run up there really quick to finish a late night project to find out they actually close at 9. Other retail stores in the immediate and local area close at 10 on Fridays.

A targeted My Rewards coupon for an extra 10% off my purchase 2. The current LG promotion offering a $600 discount when purchasing three qualifying products. Neither of these incentives worked, leading to immense frustration and wasted time Failure 1: The My Rewards 10% Off Coupon I was initially looking for a washer and dryer and planned to use the 10% coupon. I was informed at the counter that the coupon could not be combined with the sale price on the LG units, effectively making the coupon useless for my purchase. While I accepted this, it was the first sign of conflicting promotional policies Failure 2: The LG Buy 3, Get $600 Discount (The Bait and Switch) Since the coupon failed, I focused on qualifying for the LG bundle discount. I selected a washer and dryer and spent considerable time researching and choosing a retrigerator to complete the three-item requirement. At the register, I was told that the refrigerator did not qualify for the $600 discount, as the promotion was only for "select LG products." Critically, there was no signage on the product itself indicating this exclusion. This policy was communicated only after 1 had invested my time and commitment, making the entire experience feel like a genuine bait and switch, Lack of Resolution I escalated the issue to the Store Manager, Brian, who was busy but had Assistant Manager, Steve, assist me. I explained my frustration--that two advertised incentives had failed and that I had wasted time due to missing or misleading signage. While Assistant Manager Steve was apologetic, no actionable solution was offered to honor the advertised promotion or remedy the time wasted It is deeply disappointing that Lowe's would drive loyal customers into the store with attractive offers only to reveal exceptions at the point of sale. I left the store empty-handed and with a severely damaged trust in Lowe's promotional transparency,

    Shout out to team at Lowe's that delivered and installed our refrigerator - Yves and Schiller. They were most professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to get the old oversized frig out and new one in. It was a close fit. I recently had a bad experience with another big box hardware store so I think it is important to recognize when things are done right. Yves and Schiller showed them how it's done.

    I came in on the 10th late evening, got help from the paint dept. She was super helpful and friendly. Lady at the self checkout was super friendly and helpful also. Both truly great people! Give them kudos!
