Short changing folks is not right, Walmart rounds up for you at least which was a surprise to me but I digress Lowes if I would like to pay in cash but im missing a few cents due to the penny pandemic would I be considered stealing if I just walk out with the product?? Worst place to shop. I bought a blower/trimmer combo when it was on sale for $99 (from $219 MSRP)for Christmas gift but my gift recipient does not need them, so I took the unopened/sealed box to the store for return and expected that the worst possible circumstance is that they will give me the store credit
However, both the return clerk and her manager told me that they change the policy and don’t accept return after 30 days, and they don’t budge to take the return.
I left the store and open Lowe website and it still states that the return policy is 90 days and with manger discretion after 90 days
This store is a ripoff store. Try to shop across the street at Home Depot if they have what I need. They still accept return for a year with store credit

We have been customers of Lowe’s Hutto for about 8 years bought a couple refrigerators, and other big items. Bought a Levelor cordless blind to replace one that builder installed. After a couple months the cord that runs between the slats broke. The blind cannot be lowered or raised. Took it back to Lowe’s and surprise they will not stand behind the product. We purchased it with our credit card and Lowe’s has proof of the transaction but we do not have the original receipt so Levelor and Lowe’s will do nothing to make it right.

I have been shopping at this location for years. My favorite spot to visit is the garden area and I will say that ever since Mary started working the garden area a few months ago, she has really transformed the garden center. Everything looks so much cleaner and organized. I definitely noticed the difference once she took over.
In addition to the noticeable improvements she has made, she is always welcoming with a smile and willing to assist with any questions. Her extensive plant knowledge allows me to feel confident in my selections.
I have a passion for plants and it’s nice to be able to talk to employees that have the same passion as I do. Mary is very much appreciated.
