    Needed two lock keys cut and the machine has that option but the keys weren't cut correctly. The key appears to be too small. Waste of money.

    My first time using the machine. The convenience was great! It explained very well. But it was a little scary when I could not pull my keys out. (small panic, nothing serious) Maybe a red button that says the keys will be released when completed? Turns green on release? Other wise, got 3 keys, for less than Walmart. And didn’t have to stop again. Thanks.

    HORRIBLE! DO NOT give them your information! My phone will not stop ringing. I called yesterday and my phone number was give to what seems like anyone & everyone. One locksmith called 2xs yesterday and the 3 times back to back early this morning. It’s like subscribing to telemarketing.
